POLICIES

Cancellation Policy:

We at Pure Bliss Medical Spa value your business and referrals. Please note that a 24 hour cancellation of service notice is requested. If you cancel your appointment after 24 hours,or fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment you will be asked to provide a $50.00 deposit to reschedule. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

Payment options; Cash, Major Credit Cards(Visa, Mastercard and Discover, Care Credit, and Gift cards(gift cards are non refundable).

Complimentary consultations- A $50.00 deposit is collected to reserve a spot, this will apply to your service. If you decide to not move on with the service, you will be refunded. If after 3 consultations no treatment is received, we will collect a $50.00 deposit. 

 

Late Policy:

If you arrive later than scheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. We have the right to reschedule your appointment to give you the quality treatment and to respect other patients’ scheduled appointments.


Refund Policy:
We do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment.

Skincare/cosmetic products may be returned if damaged and may be exchanged for another product of the same value.

If a package or series of treatments have begun, these services will be considered rendered, even if the entire series may no be completed. If you decide to discontinue treatment in the midst of a series, credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments for the package price may be extended and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Pure Bliss Medical Spa.
